At Polaroid Eyewear, we want you to see the world with clarity and confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the eyewear items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the sunglasses or optical frames in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
